“I've been coming to Pauri & Casati for about a month now for just about everything under the sun as it pertains to my wardrobe. Their quality is unmatched, everything from shoes to shirts fit just right.Meagan is an excellent representative of the brand. The store is very well stocked with casual, dress, workout clothes and there are many colors and patterns to pick from. “I ordered from the online Manyavar store in India and got my clothes shipped to the U.S. However, when I tried the clothes on, the clothes didn’t fit so I decided to visit this store hoping to get help for a refund or an exchange. Even though the online Manyavar and this physical Manyavar store are under the same name, they are owned by different people.Shankar, one of the people who helped me, was nice enough to allow me to exchange the clothes I bought online for another set of clothes that I liked at this location. He allowed me to try on different kurta sets so I can make sure that I can fit it. Shankar was very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy that I came to this store rather than trying to figure out the return online with the Manyavar store that I originally ordered from.”

“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”

I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!!
