“Best place to get a suit in the area! I cannot express my gratitude to these guys enough! They helped me select a suit (I didn’t even know where to start), explained sizing and styles. Then once I made my selection the alterations(tailoring) was done in a very timely fashion. I will never buy a suit anywhere else!”

“Jack was the nicest sales associate ever. He helped me immediately with shoes, didn’t even need to tell him my size bc he looked at the box I already had. He immediately brought me over two different options and gave me a great pitch as to why they were so comfortable and showed me even more options online. He was also helping another shopper at the same time, giving both of us the perfect amount of attention and juggling both sales with ease. This boutique definitely has a LOT to choose from—the selection is huge! That said, it almost felt a little cluttered, which made it harder to spot different or unique items. Prices were also a bit on the high side, but not unreasonable for a boutique in the area. Overall, not a bad experience at all—worth checking out if you enjoy browsing through a large variety.”
“Tre was easily one of the best retail employees I’ve ever met in my life. He was awesome and super accommodating. He had answers to all my questions and helped me even while he was clearly busy taking care of other stuff in the store. The other lady that was working with him also seemed really sweet but I don’t have her name unfortunately. Not to mention the deals here were ridiculous. 100% cotton outerwear jacket for 25 bucks is a no brainer. 10/10 recommended for anyone to pass by”

“I had bought the wrong size on Black Friday because I got a little carried away. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me get the shoes in my size. It was the last pair!!! I drove to 3 different locations to find them and if it hadn’t been for his professionalism as well as efficiency I wouldn’t have been able to obtain them. Will most definitely make the drive back this weekend to shop there!”

“Amazing customer service! This was my first time buying a pair of boots and they had beautiful designs! The owners were very kind and helped me find my perfect pair. They didn't have my size in stock and they went above and beyond! The owner drove all the way to downtown Fort Worth to make sure I got my perfect pair. “We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.”
“So it’s not an issue but I just think management might want to know- My husband bought a jacket from here yesterday. Maybe we should’ve checked it better in store, but I’m pretty sure this item is a return no one checked properly before putting it back on the floor. One of the buttons is broken on it (our fault for not checking) and we got home and realized one of the pockets has unused condoms in it. I’m not even joking. They’re in the wrapper so it’s no big deal, but yall might want to start checking that stuff lol.”

Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.”

“I visited the American Eagle side of this storefront. I found everything I was looking for in my size. There is a great clearance section that has a large number of products. I interacted with 2 of the employees, and they were both helpful in their own ways. The check was not bad, and I signed up for a rewards account.

“Everything about this store is great but one thing. This experience was at the sister store, fanz. I went to return a hat that I had never worn. I got it as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. The person I assumed to be the manager was the main person I had this experience with. His name is Austin and he might be the most unhelpful individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He refused to take my return and said there was nothing he could do. Austin is definitely hurting the potential of this business.”

“I noticed maybe 2-3 employees max helping out with customers, while the rest were just standing around the cash register and talking (which is the reason i’m not giving 5 stars). However, there was a nice worker who had just got done helping a customer and as soon as she saw me with a shoe she walked towards me. I’m not 100% sure what her name was, but I believe it was London. I think she was new and seemed a bit nervous, but she did an amazing job! I asked about the sizes they had available, and she was super helpful. She brought out shoes for me, even staying near me in case I needed a different size. Those other workers could learn a thing or two from her kindness.”
