“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”

“I absolutely love coming here! Not only does Tawa treat you like family, but she has the greatest stock of beautiful and fun abayas! Anytime I wear one to an event, I ALWAYS get compliments. When I visit my family [who live in another state], I end up bringing a few back for our friends who request them. I've had many of Tawa's abayas for well over a year and they look just as beautiful as the day I bought them. Tawa won't let you leave until you are happy and you won't be dissapointed!”

“Wish I could give Suffolk Dance Boutique TEN stars!! We live two hours away in a town that doesn’t have a pointe shoe shop. So it’s a drive but each and every time we leave feeling like it was worth it!! I have two daughters that dance and we’ve been coming for years. Their fitting specialists are so well trained and know the tiniest ins and outs of feet and dance. They are kind and patient. Today Abby helped us and she took so much time to work with my girl (junior in high school) who has a lead role in the Christmas show but has several feet issues that had her feeling discouraged about finding an updated shoe fit that would work for her. Abby did not give up until she helped her find the pair!! Thank you Abby and Suffolk!!!”

“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”

Went to the store this afternoon and we are very pleased. The young lady (Ashlynn) running the store is as professional and kind as she can be. We felt very welcomed and appreciated as customers. She went out of her way to converse with us and help us spend our money efficiently. “You can buy Quality Clothes, shoes, men, women, childrens clothes. Baby clothes are very expensive... I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.
Believe me, it will save you money!!”

I was a retail manager for years and would have been BLESSED to have had her on my retail team. She personalizes every experience I have had there(my 8 year old Greyson even loves her!), I have witnessed her helping the store to look put together in down time, she gets to know everyone who comes in, really boosts everyone's confidence when they are trying on clothes....she really is pro at what she does. It feels like such a healthy, fun, uplifting environment when she is there and I have never heard her speak poorly of any other associate or location which has not been my experience with other associates and locations.
I am reaching out not just because she is amazing, but bc I don't understand why she is not there full time?! And if I am being 100% transparent....why she isn't a manager. I suppose there is a possibility maybe she doesn't routinely want full time or wasn't hired for full time but when expressing to her a few weeks ago how lately I can't seem to catch her there, she stated she wasnt given many hours that week again or the week prior and apologized. This associate is the sole reason I continue to shop this location. Her not being there I can personally say has affected the money I spend there. I no longer shop there if I see she is off. I may eyeball a few things as I walk back out taking notes of what I will buy the next time I catch her there and I doubt they make commission but on the chance they do...She deserves my sale. I do not just go there for the clothes...I go there for the atmosphere and experience she offers.
My son who is 8 can't stand going shopping but if he knows we are going to see Mrs. Deborah he is all smiles. She needs scheduled more. PERIOD. not for my sake, but for the sake of your company. I sincerely mean that. I guarantee you, you have regulars bc of this angel of a woman. I did not read your reviews but I bet I will see her mentioned regularly. I mentioned this all to the manager awhile back. Gosh probably prior to this summer and she almost acted disgusted. Annoyed even. That really bothered me bc I felt she did not value this employee in that moment. I hope that isn't the case in real life. I would have rated a 5 but opted for a 4 bc of that interaction I had with the manager. That and there was an issue with an order I had once and I felt the manager's solution was not as appropriate as it could have been but again....it is because of Deborah that I continue to come back.
She deserves hours, a bonus, a raise, a promotion and a manager that is proud to have her! I thought about not posting this bc I imagine Deborah will potentially hear about it and I don't want her to know how her manager acted when I told her how amazing she was, but I feel it is more important the company know how she acted and I am confident that Mrs. Deborah will remain professional about it regardless.
THANK YOU MRS. DEBORAH FOR BEING A PILLAR IN MY FASHION JOURNEY AND THE WHISPER OF CONFIDENCE I NEEDED IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE.

“This is one of the rare shops I found in DFW that has apparel and accessories, mostly for women. The shop was clean and organized. There was a very friendly staff member, checking in with customers.
I liked some of the leather jackets at the store. Some were unique colors. There some nice tops and dresses as well. Prices were on the higher end. Among accessories they had jewelry, luxury bags, belts and hats. Certainly worth exploring while walking around the terminal.”
