“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”

“Lots of choices and the options are good as well. Delays are there always but make sure to read the small fonts they put in the deal cards. Overall jeans and jackets options are awesome. Staff are friendly and will give you the proper description and options if they are not available in the store as well. Overall satisfied with the quality and the customer service. “Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.”

“I came to the Irving Texas location at Macy's to ask if they had a certain product on display. They didn't but Nahid in fine jewelry found out that there was none in display. So she looked up through the locations and found me a location that has the product that I can see touch and feel. Thank you Nahid.”
“I wanted to give a shout-out to Angelina and Chazz, who were working the Amazon returns counter. They were extremely professional, as well as a shining example of customer service, making me feel welcomed and important. Even though I was only doing a return and hadn't even bought anything at this location, they left such an impression on me that I asked how I could do a survey for them. There was no way that I could do a survey on the interaction and how they took care of me and my needs, so I went up to the checkout, taking time out of my day to ensure I could leave a review. There wasn't a way the gentleman at checkout was able to give me a link to a survey or a general receipt to take the survey, and so I was instructed to purchase something. I did because I wasn't going to go on about my day without highlighting the excellent, above-and-beyond service I received from Angelina and Chazz. However, when I went to do the survey, there was no clear path to input my feedback. Even with the URL on the bottom of the receipt, the survey never loaded. That is a problem for me because these two individuals deserve recognition, and your average customer would not go out of their way to do what I did. I still was not able to properly recognize them within the Kohl's enterprise. This is a major flaw for a company so established. I even tried multiple times to deliver positive feedback through your channels.”

It's like a Ross/ Burlington but with cheaper prices, I would say if you're planning to go to one of those stores, try DD's. They have beauty products, home items, snacks. “Very similar to other Victoria’s Secret locations in terms of layout and product selection. The staff here felt a bit more present and visible compared to some other stores, which was appreciated, even though there weren’t many special offers or promotions at the time of my visit.
One downside was finding the store — Google Maps was quite confusing inside the mall. I ended up walking almost the entire mall before realizing the store is located just to the left of Entrance/Door 2. Unfortunately, I initially went right following the map directions, which led me in circle.
Overall, a standard Victoria’s Secret experience with helpful staff, but finding the store could be much easier with better in-mall navigation or clearer directions.”
