“I ordered from the online Manyavar store in India and got my clothes shipped to the U.S. However, when I tried the clothes on, the clothes didn’t fit so I decided to visit this store hoping to get help for a refund or an exchange. Even though the online Manyavar and this physical Manyavar store are under the same name, they are owned by different people.Shankar, one of the people who helped me, was nice enough to allow me to exchange the clothes I bought online for another set of clothes that I liked at this location. He allowed me to try on different kurta sets so I can make sure that I can fit it. Shankar was very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy that I came to this store rather than trying to figure out the return online with the Manyavar store that I originally ordered from.”

“The shop had many abayas, thobes, hijabs and books. The staff was so friendly Mashallah I didn’t catch her name but the niqabi lady was extremely helpful and kind. She worked with me for Atleast an hour to find my exact size. I am on the shorter side and they had so many abayas with shorter length and larger in width. They also had a huge range of styles in abayas, button down, zip and dress style. Price is reasonable with options at diDefinitely give this place a try”

“A blast from the past! If you're a child of the 1980's (and maybe 90's), then this particular Spencer Gifts will probably blow your mind. When going to this location at Irving Mall, it's like you've stepped into some weird kind of time capsule where this store itself hadn't changed since the 1990's, but somehow they're aware of today's pop culture. But man, is it so wonderfully strange to see a Spencer Gifts that has carpeted floors and that great nostalgic sign in front of the store again. I really hope they never change this location. 😃”

“My Husband bought me 2 sets of Jammies for Christmas. The clerk forgot to take the security locks off.He was in "another city"!We haven't had a change to go back.I work in Dallas so on my way to visit my Mother in Assisted living the Irving Mall was on my route .The clerk was so apologetic and kind.Shout out to her customer service skills. It hard to find these days.I don't usually shop in that are but I will now.Easy access off Hwy 183. Plenty of parking. Close to main entrance AND Great Customer service!It's worth the drive for the WIN WIN SERVICE!”

“Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.”

Staff are friendly and will give you the proper description and options if they are not available in the store as well. Overall satisfied with the quality and the customer service.
