“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”

“I absolutely love coming here! Not only does Tawa treat you like family, but she has the greatest stock of beautiful and fun abayas! Anytime I wear one to an event, I ALWAYS get compliments. When I visit my family [who live in another state], I end up bringing a few back for our friends who request them. I've had many of Tawa's abayas for well over a year and they look just as beautiful as the day I bought them. Tawa won't let you leave until you are happy and you won't be dissapointed!”

“Lots of choices and the options are good as well. Delays are there always but make sure to read the small fonts they put in the deal cards. Overall jeans and jackets options are awesome. Staff are friendly and will give you the proper description and options if they are not available in the store as well. Overall satisfied with the quality and the customer service. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. “I went to K&G on Sunday March 1st to buy a Jacket to mix & match, pants a couple shirts. I approached Corey about sizing me up, he looked at me and told me my exact size bc when I tried on the Jacket it fit perfect!
I asked about the shirts and he took to the shirts, picked out three shirts, one tie that matched with all three shirts. At this time he hasn’t pulled out a measuring tape.
Then picked out the pants and said those are the sizes you need. I went to the fitting room and it all fit me perfect and really set me up for all three meetings. To top it off he picked me out some socks that matched with all three combinations.
Corey picked out three sharp outfits in a matter of minutes! He saved me a ton of time that I would have spent otherwise measuring and picking things out.
Corey knows his store and his sizes just by giving you a look! Corey, thank you for all your help!! You saved me so much time and walked out confident I’m going to look good at my meetings!! If you go to K&G, ask for Corey and he will sort you out good!! Next time I need another jacket/combo, I’m heading straight to you Corey!! That’s excellent customer service!! Thanks again, Corey!”

“Love this location!! Tara personally helped me figure out my bra size and was super patient with me as I tried different styles to make sure I knew what size I was in each of them. Customer service was amazing, and she helped me as I did trial and error in each different type of bra and gave recommendations as to what I should try next when a bra didn’t fit right to make sure I knew what I needed to get for future reference.
