“I'm a merchant shipping to a customer in Nacogdoches. The parcel I sent was tracked to the Shreveport center and hung up for nearly a week. I called the main USPS number a submitted a request for service. In less than an hour I got a call from this branch, amazing service! The box was shaken loose and delivered to my customer two days later. Then a few days later (yesterday), I got a follow up call from another staff member following up to make sure I knew it had been delivered and if I had any other questions. I appreciate the fact that these folks are taking pride in their work and trying to provide top customer service. The whole COVID situation has things delayed and backed up, so be patient with these hard working folks. An honest "Thank You" to them will go a long way! Keep up the good work!”
