“First time here and I needed to get my son’s car clean because of all the graduation decorations on it. They let me run the car a second time and the attendant help explain the process of cleaning mats and vacuuming. He even saw how much I was sweating because of hot it was outside, so he brought me a bottle of water. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back. “If, Jeremy Price, is an example of the caliber of the employees at the JJ’s on Maple Leaf in League City, then this place has an absolute All-Star team. My daughter had car trouble and was stranded in front of the carwash for 20 minutes, before I could get there. Jeremy, offered assistance the moment he noticed her stopped in the road. When I arrived, Jeremy, continued to be extremely helpful. He went as far as to pull his car behind my daughter’s with his hazard light on to alert oncoming traffic, because our wouldn’t turn on. We were eventually able to get the car started and back home and Jeremy even followed up to make sure that we made it home safely and didn’t need any further assistance. What an exceptional young man.”

“Just got my car detailed here a not only are they quick with their service, they’re also very thorough with the work. I just randomly happened to be driving by in Webster and I was due for a car wash, so I pulled in. The attendant was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me into getting a month-long car wash membership (which I don’t regret after seeing the work they do) and the manager, Kyle (I believe that’s what he said by the card I got says Stephen) was very personable and made sure to even let me know I bring it back if I find that they were lacking somewhere. Awesome job by the team! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Blue Wave is a great place to get your vehicle washed via an automatic system. One monthly payment yields limitless usage. Plus, towels are provided for customers to dry and/or continue cleaning their vehicle. Just be certain to return the used towels in the dirty towel bin before you leave. Did I mention their powerful vacuum system? Make certain that you don't leave loose keys, jewelry or coins on the floor of your vehicle. If you do, they will be quickly sucked in never to be seen again. There are also water and air hoses at each bay for end users to use as they are vacuuming and/or towel drying their vehicle.”

“The price is reasonable, but after soaping, scrubbing, and beginning to rinse my car in the bay (to the right of the coin machine), I noticed the high pressure settings on the blue nozzle (water/soap) didn't seem strong enough. After the time expired, I switched bays (to the left of the coin machine) to see if there was a difference and it was way stronger. I was able to walk around my car twice, rising off all the soap. The owner was out checking equipment and I let him know what happened. He and the lady listened, and they understood what I described (he thought I used a lower setting, but explained that same setting on the other bay was stronger), and refunded me a $1, which I was not expecting. As I was leaving, I saw he opened the box and started troubleshooting the issue. Overall, nice quiet place to wash your vehicle, attentive owners, and affordable price.”

Gilbert took his time explaining exactly how he could fix it, pricing etc. Issues came up during the repair process and not a dollar more was charged past the initial quote. “We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”

“Great food selection, got just what I need. Clean, nicely organized sections. This location is much more calm and less crowded than the one by the Pearland town center. The cashiers and store associates are very nice and helpful. The missing 1 star is because they never have cakes with whipped cream in stock ready to go. You would always have to order one. I'd always have to go to Kroger's just for their cakes with whipped cream. Our family eat cake whenever we like. We don't wait for special occasions or birthdays. Sigh... Some of the boiled crawfish could've been a little bigger. It would be nice it H‑E‑B could start to add bay numbers to sectionalize their aisles like Home Depot and Lowe's. “Good car wash, but the water pressure is not not as strong as other car washes in the area. However the drive-through 5$ touch free car wash does an excellent job! And they have a dog wash if you have a dog or kid that stinks.”
“Had to do 4 ⭐. It's Not that good for big SUV and I have the biggest made.2000 Ford Excursion limited. Soap never reached half ways to the bottom of SUV and one of the brush arm things broke off trying to get around the length of the SUV. NO damage to my SUV. Took sisters New Audi A8 twin turbo here and car was shiner then when she got it from the dealership inside showroom floor!!”

“Manager is the bomb, employees are helpful and friendly. Always stocked with detailing cloths and air freshener. Free lollipops for the kids and adult babies ?
Stations have compressed air, vacuum hoses on both sides of vehicle and trash cans. There is a matt washer that works with and without water.
The vacuums near the handicap spot are the weakest.
The station furthest from office and across from building has tire air nozzle as well. Highly recommend JJs.
