“Wowwww this store had so many hidden gems!! I'm used to always hearing about "O max" or "O depot"(trying not to mention names here lol),so I never had the desire to really come into the store. WELL it's back to school time and my son needed bougie supplies this year LOL so I was on a serious hunt for 2 items left on the list. I needed some composition books which all parents know are hard to find in big box stores. I went inside while out working and BAM I found 4 of the 1 type of books my son needed! Also some clearance and on sale items! They saved the day! Just stop inside. I want to thank Josh my cashier who was a young man but had such good manners! Come inside and browse around randomly and see what treasures await!”

“I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the second time Fabian has helped me with packing a shipping irreplaceable sentimental items. Every single item arrived in perfect condition (items were all different sizes from antique mirrors that had to have customs shaped boxes to canvas paintings that needed to be packaged to preserve the paint and the canvases themselves.) Top notch service and he does everything to keep the cost as low as possible. If you need to ship anything, Fabian at the Fairmont location in Pasadena, TX is your guy!”

“I had a fantastic experience with UPS. My husband failed to remember that his office would be closed today for the holidays and we had a Christmas present scheduled to be delivered. I called UPS customer service and asked that the package be left at our local hub. The lady that helped me on the phone as well as the staff at the League City Link Road location, and our driver, went out of their way to assist us. We don’t hear much good news about when things go right with our delivery services and I just wanted to make sure that these guys were recognized for really helping us out!”

“The service has been fantastic each time I come. One month ago, I needed the memorial printouts for my dad's funeral, and this was the only print shop that could do a print job for me within 48 hours. I was so stressed: there wasn't enough time to order anything online, and other shops in the area couldn't do exactly what I needed. But I came here, and the ladies at this shop really know what they're doing. They priced it, estimated it to the penny, got to work, and delivered it early! Since then, I have been using their services for shipping, and I rather drive out of my way to come here. Every team member I have interacted with has many years of experience (some 2 decades!), so you know the job will be done right each time!”

“Hiram one of the warehouse drivers. He has been nothing but patient and respectful every time he works with me. He makes getting loaded so easy. Also, there’s another driver named Joe. He’s one of the coolest guys on the dock. When you see him, you will know that’s him. But overall, I have not had any bad experiences with Saint George Underwood. The only time that a lot of drivers feel there is an issue is when the forklift driver is working with some other driver, other than them. To close it out I can’t say also that the experience on the dock is awesome. And they also have a female forklift driver that is just as good as the guys if not better. Big Ups to Mayra ! There is no discriminate around here.”
