The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)”

“I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”

“Love a good resale shop especially one with good customer service. I was greeted when I walked through the door & checked on several times during my visit. The shop is very clean & organized with a variety of new & gently used items priced to steal. The only downfall was when I asked about bringing some items in for consignment there was a 3 month wait . But that will definitely not stop me from returning real soon.”

It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I browsed and was able to locate a beautiful floral dress that I really liked! I plan to visit again in the future.”

“Great choices. Well-maintained store. The sales associates have their hear up their butt though. They are going all different directions, not communicating, and not friendly/helpful. They put back the items they were supposed to be holding for me at the register, so when it was my turn to check out, we had to either hold up the line and go back to get everything again or go to the back of the line.
