“Customer service was magnificent! Justin helped me pick out my first pair of hoka shoes and he did an amazing job. He recommended inserts for my plantar so here I am giving them a whirl! You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. I really loved the feel of my hoka shoes and the support on my inserts are just what my foot needs for my all day standing job. I wore my new shoes out the store, super comfortable! “Very good experience, all the clothing items were nicely priced. Store was very well organized, and staff were ready to help. But the staff need to make customers try on the clothes INSIDE the fitting room and not in the main store, it creates a very awkward environment. Otherwise this store is pretty nice”

This is hands-down the best spot to buy dancewear if you live in the League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, or Kemah area! The staff is incredibly helpful and always makes sure you find exactly what you need. The merchandise is high-quality, and they carry a great variety of dance brands that are not only stylish but also durable.
It has definitely become my go-to place for dancewear and I’ve even found the perfect gifts for my dancer here too!”

“They were very good at corralling me around the way to get in line. I had 2 items to return. One of the items was a heavy duty cot&a sleeping bag, I never got to use them during the long weekend. It was too hot to really go out&have an enjoyable time. However, they handled my return with a snap. I was surprised how easy&no squabbling. I just handed them the receipt &was in+out maybe 10 minutes. They handled it really well. They were an older man with dark hair that helped me&a younger lady with dark hair. They seemed really nice.”
“This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didn't have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didn't stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.”

He took the time to listen, explain different options, and make sure the shoes truly fit and felt right for her, not just trying to make a quick sale. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting her set up correctly for race day.
