“Very good experience, all the clothing items were nicely priced. Store was very well organized, and staff were ready to help. But the staff need to make customers try on the clothes INSIDE the fitting room and not in the main store, it creates a very awkward environment. Otherwise this store is pretty nice”

“About to take an Alaskan cruise, in a week and stopped by the Columbia Factory Store in Texas City to check on a raincoat. I found the Nordic Point FS Interchange Rain Jacket that I really liked. It has layers you can take out or put in the jacket, depending on the weather. They didn't have my size, but they did have the right size for my girl, so we bought her one. Found her's on the Clearance rack and got a $230.00 jacket for under $60.00. Perfect fit and her favorite color.
Talia (the Store Manager) was helping us, and she volunteered to call another location in Cypress, TX to see if they had my size. She called, they had it in stock, so she had them set it aside for me to pick up the next day.
I can't brag enough on Talia @ the Texas City location; she went above and beyond to help us find a rain jacket for me. We looked at many options. She went into the back and located a few possible options for me, in case we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Way to go Talia!! Very professional, and great listener and very, very helpful in trying to solve my needs. Hats off to you!!
I went to the Cypress store the following day, and told them there was a raincoat that was being held for me, and I was ready to pick it up and buy it. They gave me the coat, and it was a Women's XL (wrong coat), whap whap whaa.
Natalee heard of my situation, and she took it upon herself to go look around to see if she could find my raincoat. She did. They had put my raincoat, in the back, with my name on it, and she found it for me and needless to say, I was ecstatic when she came out with the right, XL Men's raincoat. I thanked her profusely and paid for it, immediately.
I want to brag on Columbia Factory Stores, on Talia and Natalee. Never have I been more impressed with the customer care these two have shown over the last 2 days. The prices were beyond fair, and with other discounts in place, just great deals.
