“Had an awesome experience with this facility and their employee Gus. You won’t believe this, I mean it never happens, BUT he called me to say they LOWERED my rate. Whaaaaaat? This is crazy! I have been storing with them for a few years and every year it goes up but not with GUS in charge! This is the way you treat a loyal client. Please rub off on some of the other companies out there that prefer to gouge their loyal clients. Thanks Gus and the team at Extra Space!!!”

Also locked in their rates for first year with a set amt increase for the next. So honest and upfront!
