“I’ve seen some negative reviews for this location and wanted to share my own experience, which has consistently been great. The technicians here are highly skilled, and the blood draw is always comfortable. As for wait times, this is a popular location, so if you arrive at 8 AM when they open without an appointment, you're going to wait a while. When I need labs done early and don’t have an appointment, I get there around 7:30 AM and wait outside. That way, I’m in and out quickly once they open. Every time I've made an appointment, I've been seen within 10 minutes of the appointment time. I've never had a bad experience here, and I wanted to share that, given the amount of negative reviews.”

“Check in was easy and fast. My doctor, Reddy, is fantastic. She takes the time to explain everything and asks questions to be sure we cover all the important things.”
“I was going through IVF for over a year and would have to get blood drawn every other day for over 12 months. These group of women that work at this location have been my support system and cheerleaders for months and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion going through an extremely difficult time in my life. They are the kindest and most hardworking group, and are always so friendly and sweet to everyone that comes through the door!!! I want to note that this review is for the new location and staff across from the Baylor Scott and white hospital. Their previous location down 620 in Lakeway and their old staff was AWFUL and rude!! This is a much better location and staff!!!”
