I usually go to the Forest Creek location, which feels a bit like going through TSA without PreCheck the day before Thanksgiving. This time I stopped by the Medical Oaks location on a Thursday morning without an appointment. There was one person in the waiting room, my information was verified in under a minute, and I was in the chair for my blood draw within two. Kendall was the real highlight. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. Somehow she turned a chore I’d been putting off for weeks into an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Shout out to Kendall and the team for making a mundane errand feel seamless.”

It's often one phlebotomist there and he is extremely efficient and has always been able to get blood on the first try with no pain. I've only had to wait one time for about 15 minutes, but it's generally very quick (under 30 minutes so I don't have to pay for parking).”

These group of women that work at this location have been my support system and cheerleaders for months and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion going through an extremely difficult time in my life. They are the kindest and most hardworking group, and are always so friendly and sweet to everyone that comes through the door!!! I want to note that this review is for the new location and staff across from the Baylor Scott and white hospital. Their previous location down 620 in Lakeway and their old staff was AWFUL and rude!! This is a much better location and staff!!!”
