“I pulled into Caliber not expecting much, but they definitely delivered. The wash was quick and did a solid job the first time, but I liked that they let you go through again if you're not satisfied. Big plus if you're picky or have a larger vehicle like I do.
They’ve got all the extras too—free vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, air blowers, and even multi-surface cleaner right there. It made cleaning out the inside of my car way easier than expected. Definitely coming back.”

“Absolutely excellent service and great attention to detail. This was my first time at this car wash, and they did a phenomenal job. The basic package is $45 before tip, and it is 100% worth it compared to a regular car wash. The owner was very friendly and cleaned my entire car in just 35 minutes. They didn’t miss any of the minor crevices or parts of the car that other big car washes often overlook or don’t clean thoroughly.”

“Want to rate this 3 stars because they take your money at the bill charger, and give you some random joke coins that are supposed to represent $1. They're good for $1 credit at the car wash. There was no signage I saw indicating this would be the case when I put my money in.
Other than that they seem to be the one place that doesn't turn so sketchy you can't use it after dark. I haven't done a real wash here yet so I can't speak to whether the water additives always come out right when you switch spray modes. I've only rinsed off my motorcycle twice, and it did the job. Place seems legit aside from the play money exchange.”

I drive a Porsche and nobody else knew how to get my suv into the carwash machine here the Manager explained how to do it & recommended a carwash package to help my suv get all the bug stains out and bird stains. Nobody had ever explained to me in detail. Jose the manager here has 13 years experience and looks out for the customers best interest. Excellent customer service.”

Mr. Carrillo walked up spoke to me and wiped my car off. You can teach a toddler to wash a car but customer service cannot be taught! Corralling thanks for the help buddy!”

“It's fairly clean for a self car wash. Couple things I wish were different. The vacuums don't have a slanted tip. They're all just circular, which is useless to try to vacuum around the ins and chairs etc of a vehicle. They really need the slanted tips. It was extremely difficult to vacuum without it. The other thing was that the coin machine wouldn't take any dollars. It would accept every bill but throw it back out immediately. That sucks because they could have made some good money off me today, but because I couldn't get change I wasn't able to finish vacuuming, wash, wax, etc. my car. Also, just as a final thought, how do you guys take the trash out?!? lol I mean you just have holes with no can inside. That means someone is bending over all the way to pick up trash how inconvenient and more work. You need cans so they can be picked up emptied and then put back in the hole. I didn't get the opportunity to try the wash cycles or anything else. But anyway, they have a lot of bays for many cars and it was dead when I went there. That's a plus. But yeah improve on what I brought up, because lots of folks are probably thinking all this but won't take the time to express it. Good luck!”
