“I am so glad I went to Ace Hardware today. I needed a new U Bolt for my boat trailer axle. I was unable to find the part I needed anywhere. Ace did not have the part. But, luckily this store has a super helpful guy named Alex. He put my stripped U Bolt in a vice and re-threaded it for me. Customer service today is not always so good. But, Alex was excellent. Thank you Alex. I will bring you some fish. The girls up front were friendly.”

“I just wanted to leave the fantastic employees at Lennox Parts Plus an excellent review. I knew absolutely nothing about my daughter's unit and what parts it would need. Jason and Karen were great and explained to me what parts I needed to be able to get her air-conditioner back on line again. They have such a vast inventory there and they were able to send me back to my daughter's home with all that I needed within minutes. They showed such great customer service and such knowledge. There was another young lady there, but I didn't catch her name. She was very helpful as well. I will definitely be spreading the praise. A big THANK YOU, to all the wonderful employees.”

But they are still my go to location for anything pertaining to car parts up to plumbing parts for your home and other various items. “On this weekend (I believe Friday or Saturday), I was on my computer, I was looking for a washer and dryer. I originally started with Lowes, & didn't find what i had in mind, due to issues with prior deliveries. I called Home Depot, and spoke with a lady, whose name i didn't catch. we chatted about what i was looking for and i settled for a pair that I was happy with. When you buy from a small picture and description online, you never really know what you are getting. This Morning they were delivered by a man named Tay, and his assistant. They are well honed and knew exactly what they were doing. "easy in/easy out". Home Depot's Delivery service, both on the phone, and ESPECIALLY their delivery team, were STELLAR !!!!! When they left, the machines were working smooth and quietly.This was the smoothest, most polite group i have dealt with. I will be definitely be back when i need my new oven/range!!!Thank you, and please give these folks a raise!!!! Wonderful!!!!!”

“This place is a hidden gem for anyone in search of top-notch plumbing solutions for their kitchen or bathroom. For me a huge difference between Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's & Home Depot have people to talk to but are not fully trained to understand exactly what you need. Apex with the nice staff and the education on things takes the time to understand what you are saying by not saying it yourself. This is a big investment, and you don’t want to get it wrong. Jeff and Jonathan are just incredible. Not only did they help me make the right decision, I sent photos to show them what it looked like after the install and it was better than I thought. They went over things with me and I went in there with one idea and they showed me options and suggestions. I took them up on a suggestion and man, it rocks.Thanks again, guys!! You guys are really what I needed. Great store to visit even if you just want to look at things but do yourself a favor it you are thinking about changing things up at home. Chat them! Trust me.”
