“Went to Jimmy’s to get porterhouses for the pizza oven. They didn’t have any but someone in line recommended Rudolph’s. These were cut to order - 2” thick. We cooked them in a ripping hot pizza oven 4 minutes on each side (cooked one a little more for the rare meat squeamish). Tender and delish. Definitely getting my porterhouse from Rudolph’s from now on.”

“As a business owner this is the only place in the Metroplex I can find raw turkey legs. My establishment doesn't sell pre smoked Turkey Legs. So I'm periodically here to pick them up. Everyone here has amazing energy and great customer service. With the exception of one of the younger women that wrk at the checkout counter. I don't know her name but she's always really rude to my wife and I. I dread seeing her anytime we come because of her rudeness. Other than that I love this place.”

No blind side or backing into traffic is necessary. In fact, no traffic at all. I drive a sleeper truck and had 0 issues! Will definitely come here again if given a load. If by chance there is traffic, one of the nice gentleman inside will be glad to assist with traffic control, just ask. In & out in under 30 minutes! Fast loading time!! Come in using Commerce St.”
