“I love shopping at Krogers. I typically do the self check out, but it always gives me too much trouble. I went to the cashier this time. Tanisha was my cashier. Great customer service and full of energy. However, she needs to be a bit more careful bagging groceries. I got home, and my eggs were broken.”

“I visited this store this week looking for a specific item I had purchased here before. Couldn't find it. It had been moved. Found an employee who told me where she thought the product was and basically pointed in the general direction. She was wrong (and lazy.) Then I found Yolanda who was folding clothes in the apparel department. Miss Yolanda stopped what she was doing, led me on a search and found the product for me! Thank you, Yolanda! You did your company proud. I'm hoping Costco management reads this and realizes your value as a five star employee.”

“I have read a lot of negative reviews, and I have witnessed less than stellar customer service. However, there is at least one person there at the pharmacy who always goes above and beyond to help people. I have been helped by Kim more than once when other employees had said nothing could be done. I had been trying to get a prescription for several weeks and had been given different answers when speaking with different employees. Until I ran into Kim. She worked on it until she found a solution.
She did the same thing for my wife on another occasion. Unfortunately Kim is only one, and of course she is not always there.
Other people, including managers, need to learn to care as much as Kim does.
