I went to different pharmacies looking for a medication but none helped until I came to Acuscript. They were able to order it for me and it was ready for pickup the next day. They also offer hard to beat prices if you don't have any insurance. Definitely will stay a customer for life!”

“It was packed, but glad I was there at the right time. I found an APPLE PHONE in a cart outside in the cart keeping Parking lot. I kinda figured it belonged to a person that I was waiting for his parking space. So I waited in front of Sam's building and sure enough he came back. It was a big phone to start with. If it woulda been a woman's phone I would've just investigate who's the owner or SAMS LOST AND FOUND becuz she would've thought she put in her purse and not know for a long while to figure out it's missing. ?”

“Currently on hold for the pharmacy without being told i was going to be put on hold. The kind thing to do would be to at least let the person know you're going to put them on hold.
I was finally able to speak with someone, and it was the manager. After he kindly accepted my rude attitude, he advised me my Rx would be received by Thursday, and explained the situation and was definitely a lot nicer than I was when I started the conversation. He did well to deescalate my rage and answered my question sufficiently. This person needs to train others in customer service. Thank you, sir.”

“Usually I just drop in this CVS to get a quick 20 bucks on my way to a Yelp event or to grab a birthday card. But last week I wanted to see if they had items from the weekly ad since I was in the neighborhood. To my surprise, they did. This store is a gold mine for makeup! Now that I know that, I will definitely be coming back for any makeup needs and makeup deals in the future. Staff is always friendly and helpful, although they are usually pretty short staffed. I have not been back to the pharmacy so I cannot attest to how great or poor the quality is in that area of the store. But now I have a new CVS to visit for coupon purposes!”

“I went to get my second shingles vaccine. I had several items I was in need for so I did some shopping. I used the $20 coupon I was given and bought everything I needed. Check-out service was great. Clerk was very kind and friendly.”
“They did a great job with customer service and recommendations. One of the techs recommended a mirror finish that everyone is asking me about. They were patient while dealing with my crazy insurance company. Sam's material for their glasses hold up much better than other places that I've been to. They seem to be very scratch resistant and also great value especially if you're a plus member. The only real thing to know is you may have to be patient when you get there if they're dealing with someone in front of you as it's a small staff. You can likely call ahead but I've never tried.”

“Walgreens on Carrier and Westchester in Grand Prairie Texas is the best community Walgreens I've ever been in. It reminds you of the old drugstore back in the day when they actually called them drug stores. And you had a local pharmacist who knew everybody by their name. I'm sad that I don't have the name of the pharmacist there who is extremely kind and positive every time I see him. I was recently diagnosed with cancer this year. I had a prescription sent over for tamoxifen, a pill that I would have to take daily for the next 5 to possibly 10 years to fight off cancer from returning. When I went to pick up my prescription the the first time, the pharmacist smiled at me as he was ringing up my prescription at the register. He looked at me and said, "now do you know what this medicine is for" I smiled and said yes I do. He told me how to take it when to take it but he continued on to smile and said, "you call me if you have any questions". Now that may sound like normal customer service to you. But there was something about his sense of genuine caring that registered with me in a very critical moment in my life. IT mattered to me how he made me feel. I've gone to this Walgreens for over a decade consistantly, probably weekly when I don't want to go into a large box store. I've never had one issue, no one complaints. Oh wait that's not totally true the rocky road ice cream there is always refrozen. I think there may be a slight issue with their freezer so beware of the ice cream.”

“I shop at Walgreens often because they usually have great deals on soft drinks, cosmetics, and other everyday items. The store is convenient, open 24 hours, and has plenty of accessible (handicap) parking spaces near the entrance.
The only downside, in my experience, is the pharmacy. Every time I pick up my husband's prescription, the wait is usually 30 minutes or more, even when there are only a few people in line. The pharmacy staff also don't seem very friendly, and they rarely greet customers. I hope the customer service and wait times improve because everything else about the store is very convenient.”
