“Collision Masters was referred to me by Chis Auto as to where to take my older 2011 Subaru Legacy to find out why water was entering the front passenger side after heavy rains. They are honest and did as they said and were very good keeping me informed. A clogged drain line was fixed and I was happy with the service and price.”

“Great service at Hacienda Ford with Collision Department! Very attentive and quick. A female employee came to my home and picked up my vehicle. It was for an oil change. Such a great new service that Ford and Hacienda is doing. They were careful with my vehicle came back without anything wrong with it. Give it a try you won’t regret.”

“Eloy and his crew are awesome. I was passing through town and got rear ended. The van rear cargo door wouldn't close, so I wanted to see if there was a quick way to get back on the road. I found E R Paint & Body on Google. He looked at the damage that afternoon and told me to drop it off the next day. 24 hours later, he had it back to me. The labor was very reasonable as well. The work was fast, quality was good, and Eloy's customer service is top notch.”

“I’ve taken four different vehicles to this auto collision center, and every experience has been fantastic. Their work is top-notch, whether it’s fixing minor dents or repairing major damage. The staff is friendly, professional, and always keeps me updated on the progress. The turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my cars came back looking as good as new. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and that’s why I keep coming back.”

“I had a small fender bender with some scrapes and minor damage, and I'm really happy with the work they did. They offered great pricing, and Eric was great to work with. From the beginning, he showed a genuine willingness to help, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy. They got my car in quickly, and it was ready in just a day and a half. The quality of the repair was excellent. The white pearl paint was blended perfectly, and you can't even tell anything ever happened. I highly recommend them if you're looking for quality work, great pricing, and outstanding customer service”

“Great experience, Mr. Betancourt did a great job. He dealt with the insurance adjuster himself. Which increased the initial quote by around 300% in order to fix every single thing that was damaged. Went on and beyond that he even covered a couple of days of the rental car due to job going past the 30 days insurance maximum. Delay caused by insurance adjuster taking 9 days to respond, he kept everything well documented and used it to explain every step of the way.Services: Painting”

“I was about to make a wrong decision at CarMax buying a used car and trade in my 2022Maverick when I called Mr. Joe D. (JD) at Hacienda. He asked me to come on by and see what we can do. I left with a 2022 F150 Brand New! I'm very grateful and thankful for JD being able to help me and my growing family in getting us into a spacious truck. From one family man to another...thank you JD. Folks please come see him. JD is humble and honest. He will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs working with any financial situation. If you're down or up on your trade ....he will help anyway possible. This is our 2nd vehicle he has helped us with. Highly recommend! Please visit. Give JD an opportunity to serve you. Thank you JD and Hacienda Team.”
