Well, it turns out that there is a possum nesting under the hood. Besides being a first for me, I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue. “I took my wife's vehicle in for body & paint repair. I'm the type of person that is very suspicious and concern about the way others have done/do business in their body shops. What I really liked about this place and Mr. Razo's was that he was very friendly, honest, trustworthy, and very clear & direct about explaining the process on the vehicle (how many days it was going to take, and how much each section was going to cost with final price). In fact, he answered most of my questions before he finished explaining to me the entire process. He got the work done within the time limit he said he would, and kept his promise about the final price (he didn't add hidden fee's like other body shops do to make a quick dollar), and may I say the car looks great just like new, before it got hit. What really stood out was him not trying to make extra money out of the process, only the necessary parts to repair the damages. He even painted some scratches at no extra charge. I highly recommend Mr. Razo Body Shop for anyone who is wanting to repair their vehicle(s), and is not sure who to trust their vehicle(s) to. From now on, I am going to take all my vehicle repairs to Mr. Razo.”
