“The best!! got it fixed same day …my bf had broken his phone screen and we had taken it somewhere before here and the other place took two weeks and couldn’t fix and even messed up the phone even more but this place is the best we asked how much to fix it and how long it would take and got it fixed less than an hour and was such great customer service I would 10x recommend”

After I had no answer from the customer service line I went in store and a woman told me I was unable to activate my phone in store and that I HAD to call customer service. I went in the next day and was helped by Ariana. She’s an absolute sweetheart and really knows what she’s doing when working with you!! She activated my phone with no problem!!
