“I would like to leave a review for MetroPCS regarding the excellent service I received from Savannah Ochoa. She went above and beyond to help me with my account and a payment that had posted late. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my services.
Because of her help, I don’t have to make a payment for two months, and she even helped me receive a free tablet. Savannah was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process.
