βI recently switched from another carrier to ATT and thus far I am pleased. I also signed up for ATT fiber and it was stalled without issues in one day. As an update, I am not pleased with ATT as my bill increases each month having me to call and dispute it. I will be switching as soon as my contract ends.β

βEddie Gutierrez was a very attentive sales associate I went in wanting to switch from metro and he walked me through every device that fit my needs from the minute we were in they he found every need we wanted he took his time by helping us switch our devices he was very nice and talkative any customers that came in he welcomed in I truly recommend anyone that needs help ask him he also tried to see if we qualify for internet but unfortunately we didnβt qualify for our address he definitely knows his job !!!!!β

βThe mobile shop owner Ismael was outstanding not only with phone services but we also met by driving by we needed UHAUL SERVICES and in less than 10 minutes he walked us through the phone app and booked us a truck to use that same night before he closed. Awesome awesome service and business. They have inexpensive headphones and repair phones fast too. It's a 5 star for me I recommend anything you need as far as moving services and phone repairs and maintenance to hit Ismael and this shop up. This place is now locked in as my favorites. Hell yeahβ
βWell this store never fails me. My experience this time around was with Mr. Tony assisting from start to end. My daughter and I had his full attention he was not distracted at all or jumping from customer to customer. He made sure that I understood what needed to be done and didnβt leave our side until our issue was completed. Great customer service I recommend this store 100%. Tony keep up the great work. βOn February 18th, we visited this location to purchase a phone for my grandson. This was our first time purchasing a phone at a T-Mobile store and received exceptional service by Procopio Guerra. He allowed us the time we needed to decide the color of phone he wanted. He even helped me with some questions on my phone. The following day we went back and were helped by Dominick on a minor issue with the screen protector. He also provided top notch service. In fact, both days we were there any customer service we encountered was very pleasant.β
