I had a few questions regarding an oil change I had done in an different shop and was worried something was wrong, Arturo was not only attentive but alos checked the oil and even went above and beyond to help me reset the oil percentage in my car! Such a great guy and would definitely go back just for him! 10/10 service ?”

“This place is great. My power window stopped rolling up this morning, and there is a sandstorm about to cover El Paso. They quickly found the control part and tools to fix it. Five minutes later, my window was working, and the wind was picking up. Thank you.”
“O'Reilly Auto is great for getting a quick part, they have a limited supply on hand and most things for uncommon vehicles have to be ordered, which case, I would rather order it myself, from a direct dealer, and get the same or even better price. I tried doing a commercial account, but seems like the manager is never available and the application is paper only. Still 5 stars for the super customer service staff.”

“I visited this location on December 31st 2025. My mom had purchased some license plate screws from a competitor store. Those screws did not work with her vehicle. I came to O’Reilly to purchase some screws that would fit. Upon my entrance to the store James greeted me and asked what I needed. I told him and he guided me to the aisle. I saw similar screw kits to the one my mom had purchased elsewhere. I explained this to James and he helped get me the right kind after looking at the plate and vehicle. Lucious helped me complete my purchase at the register and was really personable. Both provided me excellent customer service. James educated me on the type of screw/bracket my mom’s vehicle needed moving forward. Thank you James and Lucious!”
