“I admit that I walked in at a loss as what I needed to do. Fortunately, Liz was there to set me in the right direction. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She didn't get frustrated with me and my many questions. She even was kind enough to suggest a local shop that could help me with my problem. She double checked on the parts (kit) that I needed and made sure they were in stock without her having to order it for me. She's a great asset to the company! Kudos on hiring this awesome woman. She took the time to help me understand what all I needed to do and was friendly the entire time. I will seek her out next time I have to get something else for my car. Great job!”
“Special thank you to Ms Claudia. Working on my 1971 Chevy K20 Custom with an aftermarket engine. Needed an oil pan gasket but not sire what generation the SBC was. She helped me out and found the correct one when we cross referenced I think a 1989 K1500 Chevy 350 part number. Needless to say I left with the correct part and my grandfather's truck is not leaking oil!! Top notch folks at O O ORileys!!! AUTO PARTS!!”

“O'Reilly Auto is great for getting a quick part, they have a limited supply on hand and most things for uncommon vehicles have to be ordered, which case, I would rather order it myself, from a direct dealer, and get the same or even better price. I tried doing a commercial account, but seems like the manager is never available and the application is paper only. Still 5 stars for the super customer service staff.”
