“I didn't notice, but the numbers on my debit card faded away. The business took their time with me and was extremely professional. I asked if there was an ATM within walking distance to get money. They said yes, but the owner instead took the time to drive me to my bank so I was able to pull out cash and get a new debit card. He understood and didn't let me feel embarrassed. My new windshield is crack free and I’ll be coming back for more business.”

“This place was honestly incredible, both in their communication and the actual work they put in. They honestly treat you with the utmost care and respect, I would highly recommend this place for anything from minor dings to actual accidents. In terms of price and time they do the best to get the car back to you as soon as possible and with the best service in there ability, but note the price can range from reasonable to pricey due to the cars model, age, and part availability!”

“I highly recommend JJ Collision Center Inc. In 2024 my SUV was involved in a hit and run while it was parked. That was my first time going to JJ Collision. They replaced driver fender and driver door plus repaired quarter panel with rocker panel. I was very impressed with their work and satisfied. This year 2026 I was t boned on driver side causing damage to the driver side front and back door plus rocker panel. Carlos explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done. He was very courteous and friendly he answered all of my questions. Again I was satisfied with their work including matching paint job. Thank you for a great job. M. Vallejo”

“Once again the people at Alamo were just what the doctor ordered. I was driving down North Zaragoza when I heard something hit my front windshield and sure enough a crack appeared. I have used them before, and again received great service and the people their couldn't have been nicer.”

“I had gotten into an accident and was recommended to this shop by the people over at the Toyota dealership as Toyota doesn’t have a body shop in El Paso. Service was professional and everyone was so friendly. The owner ensured we were happy with the vehicle. They went above and beyond, were super quick, and did an excellent job. My car looks brand new and was clean when I went to pick it up. They were also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. Overall, I would come back for my car needs and absolutely recommend this place!”
