“I highly recommend JJ Collision Center Inc. In 2024 my SUV was involved in a hit and run while it was parked. That was my first time going to JJ Collision. They replaced driver fender and driver door plus repaired quarter panel with rocker panel. I was very impressed with their work and satisfied. This year 2026 I was t boned on driver side causing damage to the driver side front and back door plus rocker panel. Carlos explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done. He was very courteous and friendly he answered all of my questions. Again I was satisfied with their work including matching paint job.

“I was referred by my dealership to Southwest Auto Glass, West El Paso to fix a water leak on my truck's rear window, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The shop was professional, efficient, and friendly. They explained everything to me and told me what was causing the leak. They handled the repair quickly, and the leak is now completely gone. I'm grateful to the dealership for the referral and I would definitely recommend Southwest Auto Glass to anyone in need.”
“Positives: they hit me about a month ago on the right side of my car, as you can see in the pictures, they did a great job in matching the paint and fixing the light. Miss Gabriela was incredibly professional and tried to be helpful when issues arose in finding an after market flare which they still could not find.
Negatives: they ended up ordering the wrong flare for my car. Now, due to ordering the wrong size for the flares and seeing if they would fit, they removed the left side one so they can try to match them, however, as you can see from the pictures, they left drippings of the adhesive they used and did not put it back correctly. Now, I’m trying to figure out what I can use to remove the adhesive from the paint & what glue I should by to attach it correctly. For the amount paid, I would’ve appreciated a cleaner presentation. Additionally, I would’ve preferred for them to ask me whether to put my original flare back or leave it off so that both sides would match.
Nonetheless, I’m grateful to have my car back.”

“My husband and I absolutely loved our experience! Not knowing that the window tinting would take an hour we didn’t make any plans to leave the vehicle. We thought we’d just walk to the nearest restaurant to grab a bite to eat while we waited for our vehicle. However, there wasn’t a restaurant near the location. Claudia, I didn’t catch her title, took very good care of us. She offered to give us a ride to Ernie’s Cafe per her recommendation (delish). AND she picked us up as well.
