I went into lab this morning just to drop off my specimen the phlebotomist had a bad attitude oh and we can’t forget the ugly faces she was making she made me feel so bad mean less to say u could tell the vibes were off and others where also disturbed

Very friendly staff. Great service. Explained to them that I was very hard of hearing and they were very professional when talking to me. They made sure I understood.

I normally use the remcon location. The staff is efficient and friendly and I don't often wait very long. Obviously sometimes the wait is longer but if you time it correctly, it's usually pretty short. I often go first thing in the morning when they open and I'm seen within 10 or 15 minutes, tops.
