“So some malls are dying but not this one. It is small and quaint and may one day fall victim to the big box stores and Amazon but not yet, not today. They offer a wheelchair rental service for FREE which is great if you want to take Grandma for a stroll through the mall to window shop. Also, the kids play area is super cute and they also have a train ride (check the hours before) for the littles as well. A good variety of pop-up shops and people watching for those cold and windy El Paso days. The food court is small but offers variety. The convenient location of this mall in Sunland Park offers less logistics if you have other shopping to do and it is surrounded by plenty of restaurant options. Happy Dining and Shopping!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes online from the app saying that they were available at the store. I bought them and went to the store for pickup and was informed there was a glitch. They needed to box it up, ship it to themselves and then I could pick up. I said that didn’t make sense…the shoes were there in I o…..after all was said and done the guy was able to fix it so I could walk out with the shoes. I even bought another pair of shoes while I was there …..2 pairs of socks….got a free tote bag……I wish I got the guys name! But he was VERY VERY helpful and apologetic about the situation…….I love my VANS….i have almost 100 pair…. and I like this store…..I’m very happy with my customer experience! I work in retail….20 years plus…..I’m hyper aware of customer service and I thank you very much for your help! Mario is SUPER helpful AGAIN!! Recommend!!”
