“Mr. Greg Daw is awesome. I found American Furniture on google. I was actually looking on behalf of a friend while being overseas. I sent an email and he responded immediately. My friend told me he had a great experience with Mr. Daw. A few months later, I’m now stateside and had picked the Queen bedset in the photos. I gave him a call to see if it was available and he didn’t have it in his warehouse but they had it instock out in Cali. He was honest with the timeframe of delivery which was like 2-4 weeks I believe. He even followed up with me on the date of arrival. I paid for delivery and assembly and bless their hearts because there were tons of steps they had to climb with this set lol. You do pay extra but it was worth it for me. I truly appreciate his service and American Furnitures products and affordable prices. I highly recommend American Furniture!”
“We visited a lot of stores in the area, and Michael and David have proven to be a great find. Going into the store was low-pressure but allowed us the most access to the catalogue of items they have available. Otherwise, they let you text them the item you’re looking for and they’ll see if they have it. Michael is always very responsive and allows me to ask a plethora of questions. Our bunk bed with a trundle (perfect for 3 kids!) arrived much earlier than expected and was available in this beautiful color that other stores didn’t have. We price shop and their prices have remained the most competitive, and their delivery/assembly partner has been reliable and is sometimes available the same day. I’ll continue to purchase from ASC when the opportunity comes.”

“They're nice to you when you come in, but they have a limited stock. Check your furniture carefully before you buy. Have a way to haul it home yourself. Do not buy anything from them on back order. If you cannot see it and have not checked it for damages, do not buy it. They are not a scam, but they need better management. They're just trying to make it work and they over promise and under deliver. Not a great combination.”

“Approximately 30 days ago, I went to Denver Mattress to purchase a bed for my elderly parents. Because of my mother’s condition, I returned to Denver Mattress to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I had to return the mattress and base that we had purchased to accommodate my mom. I met Mikayla Dolan who was an absolute God send. Mikayla went above and beyond and was able to take back the mattress and base and ensure that I was able to get a bed that both my parents could use. To top it off, she was able to get the bed delivered to us 2 weeks before the original delivery date!!! A true representation of excellent customer service!!!
