Always pack. Never a real bank person on those doing video calls that last up to 30min or more to connect with someone. People that work here CANT help you with any bank issues. Only reason I will be leaving this bank.

Unless your getting a loan or starting an account this building and staff are useless. Can't even give out replacement cards when their ATM malfunction and eats it. Real helpful. Great community pillar. 👏
