“I have been coming to this drive-thru to pay my automobile loan for the past 3 years. I pay with a check from my other financial institution in which I received my direct deposit. Today a nice man named Steven assisted me and spoke to me through the camera. He took it upon himself to suggest that I go on the app and put an automatic payment through something called external payment. I had no idea that this option was available and I am ever so grateful as this man has saved me a trip to the bank every month. I wish every company would have such devoted employees as to offer additional information on the services that the company provides. Excellent job steven!
