The atms never have cash. They never take my checks I have to walk in to the tellers. The tellers aren’t even people and they take 20 minutes for them to assist you. Can’t use the app because it denies the check just like the arm. Literally the worst bank.

What a huge inconvenience it is not to be able to get a replacement card in a branch like before! This is all I needed to help me decide to move banks!
