Was Friday the day of my visit, but the employees where fast and friendly to offer the service, I saw few of them helping the customers.

Service is always good when I come, my one complaint is how they ship out cards now instead of printing them inside the building like before. I came in on the 1st to report my card lost and get a replacement and the company that makes/ships it took 11days to send it out. Also don’t bother calling I was on hold for 20... read full comment

Had to open a checking account with them turns out you can’t do that In person anymore has to be done through the app as I waiting 5 days for them to open the account and get my virtual card still waiting for the physical card to show up
