“I called Bakers Glass to inquire about the Dyer. Location. I was told the Dyer location hours have been adjusted and are only open for walk ins on Thursdays. The peeson I spoke with was very knowledgeable and invuted me to visit the Montana location if I did not want to wait till Thursday. I drove to the Montana store and I was immediately assisted with my request. They werw able to cut some glass for my personal needs and had me walking back out in no time. They can also special order if they are not able to meet your glass needs.Very efficient transaction!”
“I know this place 25 or maybe 30 years ago still in business on alameda Street and trust me. They have all kinds of bolts and screws and tools that you need for you ruction Comersial or for your weekends project if they don’t have it, they will tell you where or they may find it for you.”

“Excellent, friendly add efficient customer service. They greet you when you walk in the door and help you get what you need. I went in looking for a short quarter inch float valve for an old Mastercool evap cooler. I visited and called four other hardware stores in central El Paso and none of them carried it. I forgot the owners name but he thanked me his business. I used to go to this place with my dad when I was a child in the 1970's. This place deserves support from the local community!”

“Support Local Business. Thanksgiving Eve I broke the drain on our main guest bathroom the night before Thanksgiving party. Of course all the big hardware stores are shut down for the holiday Thanksgiving day. Not this man. Up early grinding and with a smile. Saved my family's holiday plans. “I have been coming here for years as have several generations of my family. They seem to always be able to get me out of my pickles and their pricing is beyond fair. I love that they're local and super friendly. From power tool repair to always having bolts for almost every situation I might be in (my mechanics seem to lose some pretty specific bolts when we most need them), to power tool accessories, if they don't have them, they can get it. “Such a great place to get fittings for plumbing, hardware and even small light tools. Don't judge a book by its cover, although this place is small you'll see that they have so much of a selection and it's only getting better. I've gotten at least five times and it's been consistent. Customer service is great and if you have a question on something they know their stuff. Very convenient and good pricing in comparison to Lowe's or home Depot. I highly recommend either for someone doing light work around the house or even the working contractor.”

The older gentleman that runs the store didn't have the off-the-shelf plumbing part that I was looking for, so he used his skills to put together a comparable part/adapter combining pipes and compression nuts. Service is great at this location and there is usually no line like at Yarbrough. Low prices and deep discounts via store specials have enabled me do all kinds of household and automotive projects over the years. I have probably saved tens of thousands of my hard-earned dollars by staying away from home service technicians and car stealerships. Great place for DIYers on a budget!”
