“What a great stay we had last weekend! Quiet, so clean and well maintained. Great value. We will be back next time we are in El Paso! Only recommendation I would make to the owners is that next on your budget should be to replace the towels with more luxurious, thicker ones. That will make it an even better stay & value for the money.”
“Beautiful rooms, amazing look.
The AC in the one I was in was out, fan ran all night (which was a for of white noise to me) and no matter what I did with the thermostat it never could off.”
“Loved this hotel! It’s newer, sleek and modern. Our beds were super comfy and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The gym and equipment was clean and modern. Food options are plentiful and within easy walking distance. The continental breakfast was very good with so many options to choose from. And this place is pet friendly!”

“Great room, middle of the city and everything you need or want
Rooms: Pretty clean rooms, and nice sheets and bedding
Food and drinks: Breakfast was top notch, with birthday cake waffles and omelets that all the kids loved”
“This is the second time we stayed at Stanton House driving home from West Texas. We love this property. It is beautiful, the artwork is stunning, the service is great, and the food is delicious! It’s easy to get to on and off I 10. Our server Eva in Taft Diaz was adorable and the food was terrific. Our valet, Josh, was charming and helpful. Anytime our travels take us through El Paso, we will stay here.”
“One of the best Hiltons we have stayed in, the rooms are very comfortable and do not have carpet (allergies appreciate it) the staff is friendly and you can see that they are happy, the kitchen staff was super super super friendly, the ladies They are very attentive, they even offer help with serving or whatever, it is the first hotel I have been to and the 2 ladies in the kitchen are so nice and friendly, they had everything super clean and well stocked, I think one of them is called Letty, super friendly and very hardworking, but both of them are very nice, the only complaint like in all Hiltons would be the cleaning in the rooms, they skip it or don't go etc, but in general super super good, we will return to stay now for another 2 weeks, I forgot to take more photos lol”
“This hotel is always so reasonably priced, super clean and updated, the beds are so comfortable, and the service is amazing! Arthur at the front desk has the best welcoming personality and makes sure everything about your stay is perfect! Great location and I always pick this hotel when I come to El Paso.”
“Good staff, great WiFi, next to great steakhouse and bar you can walk to. Rooms are spacious and clean, almost like brand new but it’s 7yo, couldn’t tell. has mini kitchen, coffee pot, refer and microwave. just stayed at a hilton, not even close.”

“We visited elpaso from Columbus Ohio. We met some amazing people along the way. The staff at Hampton inn was so friendly, the breakfast was so good (thank you Lupe!!!).
Our room was fantastic and cozy. We are so thankful for everyone”
“The gentleman at check-in was very polite and welcoming. Upon entering its obvious the staff and management take pride in their work; the hotel was very clean and all amenities were in working order. The guest rooms are very clean comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend the area. And yes there is a parking fee, but it's only $10. Not a big deal as eveyone seems to make it.”

“Very pleased. I travel for work and average 3 nights a week in hotels. Very clean room with simple amenities. Good water pressure in the shower.
Complimentary breakfast was available until 10:00 so I didn't feel rushed in the morning.”
“This review is highly overdue. Want to start off by saying my woman and myself decided to road trip for my birthday this year. And we drove overnight in June thru hot Texas. After about ten hours on the road we decided to stop at this location for a little nap before continuing to AZ our destination. Pat at the front desk welcomed us in and pointed us to the restroom. Once we got out Pat made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. She was an awesome host. Once rested and ready to hit the road she also made sure we had a snack for the road and was also nice enough to take a pic with me for my road trip photos. We wanted to make sure she knows that it was my first cross country road trip and also that her location was the best and most comfortable place to stop-out in west Texas because of her hospitality. Thank you Pat keep being awesome ?
Food and drinks: I loved the to go breakfast bag. Kept us from having to stop. Saved us time and was not lacking in the satisfying hunger section. Genius”

“The stay was wonderful. The room was clean and all in perfect order. A special shout-out for the front desk staff members Chris and Alexis. I cannot say enough good about both of them. Thank you!”
“I had my daughter’s 20th Birthday here in one of the 2 bedroom suites and it was more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined. There was two bedrooms along with the living that had a sofa sleeper which was more than enough room for us to all stay over. The whole reason was for the Indoor Pool. Staff member named Crystal was very helpful in making sure we got to swim before the night was up. Breakfast was on point. And we were able to enjoy ourselves without anyone complaining about the noise. I highly recommend and will definitely go back
Rooms: Were very fancy for a hotel.”
“The hotel is clean, tidy and the service is good.... The bad thing is the guarantee charge of $50. I have been waiting for a week for the return of said guarantee, it does not seem fair that it is in this way that they deceive people”

“This Ramada is everything I wanted. We utilized a reservation site to reserve our room. However, we were informed that we likely would've gotten a better price by calling directly. Room service is polite and eng/span bilingual. Max stars for the Breakfast. It has hot and cold dishes that vary each day with extended serving hours for the weekend. Outdoor pool and fitness room are available as well. Various restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive. Plus the hotel is close to an I-10 exit making it easy to find. I am midstay with over a week left but I have no doubt I will enjoy the rest of my stay.”

“I’ve stayed in this hotel before. great customer service and the rooms are very clean. We are locals but we reserve here and there for the indoor pool. However, it has brought to my attention the great reviews about how clean the hotel is. Recognize the people who really deserve, the people under those who wear ties and feel entitled. El Paso believe it or not is a really small city and you’ll be surprised the stories people have to tell. In this case, about this hotel and its management. Obviously I am not saying names but thank god this wonderful lady that I met doesn’t work here anymore and you would be surprised the amount of stories she has about her and the people who are currently in charge of cleaning this beautiful hotel. I would not say her name but I would say that based on the stories, these ladies are being mistreated by their manager Cristy. Cristy is very unethical, unprofessional and abuses of her power. If you are the owner and happened to read this, you should ask around and care more for those who are scared to raise their voice because they depend so much on this job. If you are a customer please stay in this hotel, it is super clean and nice environment but please be kind to the people who maintain this place. And if you are Cristi, one day you’ll have someone that actually stands for others and girl believe it or not you won’t feel that entitled. This is not a false review, I can provide the last time I stay at this hotel with pictures and everything and I can use my voice in social media because listening to those stories I felt like I could write a book like in the movie “The Help”. Owners! Please listen to the people, they are the ones working hard to feed you. Give your employees a break.

Safety: The hotel is luxurious and it is situated in a quaint university town.

“I stayed one night here on June 28, 2025. This is one of the cleanest Motel 6's I've stayed at. I like that the rooms have laminate flooring instead of those stinky carpets. I had a good night's rest, and the A/C blew nice and cold.”

“Great staff. The amenities are wonderful. The location is not the best. Fairly high crime rate, and there is a oil refinery in the back of it. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for a longer term stay. I'd definitely recommend it to people.”
“The Soluna is in an odd area. There is a budget motel next door, and a sports bar right across the street (that seemed busy, but it was Sat night.) It strikes me as an older hotel that had a facelift awhile back (not new, but also not ages ago.) Checkin was easy and there was plenty of parking around back. The decor is medium browns and…calming.
The room was spacious enough, the bathroom decent, the fridge definitely worked (we used it), and there was a microwave and blackout curtains. The bed was alright - standard med firm (not pillow top or anything), the bed was made nicely and the linens soft, and all the lamps have outlets for device charging.
The continental breakfast is what you’d expect - yogurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, fruit, and someone was making waffles. (At least it looked like a waffle maker.)
Not sure if it was just our bad timing, but the jacuzzi was not heated. Neither was the pool (not really a complaint, just still kinda cold- summer temps hadn’t warmed it yet.) Also, no loungers like in their pictures-and the pool area pic is the most flattering angle for the pool area - it’s wedged in a corner and even smaller than it looks. If lounging poolside is your idea- this ain’t a relaxing kinda spot. My only other complaint was the cable…no channel listing provided, no channel channel so you could see what was on (or soon to be). And the remote sucked (were tech-savvy enough to manage using such things- this one was either worn out or needed new batteries.)
Overall, I’d definitely consider coming back but I’d call to check on the jacuzzi (I was really looking forward to that amenity.)”
“Rooms: Elegant and roomy.
Walkability: You are right downtown and within walking distance to Civic center and one of the prettiest ballparks you’ve seen.
Food and drinks: Always good.
Noteworthy details: One of the most elegant and beautiful hotels in central El Paso. Quick walk to Civic center and downtown restaurants and shops. The bar sits under a huge circular stain glass ceiling. One of the most romantic spots in town. You have to go to the rooftop bar at sunset. Make sure you call ahead. Scenic views of downtown.”
