“Easy and efficient check-in/out. Hope and Jasmine were both very helpful. Room was good sized, comfortable and clean. Noise was low for the most part. Rooms at the front of the hotel have an excellent view of the sunsets. As a bonus for aviation enthusiasts, aircraft landing at Biggs pass by the front of the hotel, without generating much noise. This happened three times during my three day stay. Breakfast was excellent and the social hour dinner is a great value addition. Areas for improvement. Fitness center was a disappointment. Treadmill operated for about 10 minutes before it started a loud mechanical protest. Thankfully the base gym is only a few minute walk. Also, cardio equipment mounted TVs do not function either. Something else to consider, keep pet owners clustered together on the first floor. This would help keep the hotel quiet and improve the experience for other guests. Would I stay here again? Yes.”

“Overall this is a nice hotel with a good value. Free breakfast every morning. Free coffee all day. They have a nice pool and a little playground for the kiddos. There is a free grill that you can use, which is pretty fun. Every Wednesday evening they have a social hour with food. The business center has a few computers and a scanner. There is also a conference room that you can use. The staff is friendly and room service happens twice a week.”

When I arrived early yesterday, she went above and beyond to get my room ready and assisted me with changing bills. After an exhausting business trip between Houston and Dallas, her efficiency and kindness were deeply appreciated. Hotel management should be proud to have her on the team.”

“A hidden gem in El Paso! I was incredibly impressed by my stay at the Palace Inn Blue. The room felt updated and featured a massive, modern bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Unlike a lot of hotels in this price range, they provide excellent in-room amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Most importantly, the property feels very safe and secure, making it an excellent, worry-free place for families to stay. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options to kickstart the morning, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful throughout. It’s close to local shopping districts and plenty of restaurants. I will absolutely prioritize staying here again the next time I travel through the area with family!”

“We stayed here last weekend. The hotel was nice, modern, and clean. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service. I requested a pack-n-play for my son and it was inside our room when we arrived. The hotel is kid friendly. I don’t plan on staying anywhere else but Stanton House when I return to El Paso. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful stay at Gardner Hotel and Hostel! I stayed in a private room, and it was super comfortable and clean. The historic building is incredibly cool and has so much character. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well cared for. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. Stephanie and her team have done an amazing job preserving and maintaining this beautiful historic building while creating a welcoming place to stay. I highly recommend Gardner Hotel and Hostel, and I will definitely stay here again!”

“Please read this review for honesty, as I do NOT leave less than 5-stars regardless of a bad experience. This “extended stay” feels to be a former 50 year old apartment complex that’s been repurposed. If you’d like to watch basic cable - you can’t as the core programming including all local stations are missing. The WiFi is terrible too. On a grading percentage, 60% being Failing and 61% or higher being Passing – the grade for this place is an 81%.”

“Got in late and left early but plthere was plebty of parking and very close to the airport. There's several bars accorss the road which made for a great spot to find a bed quick. If you're already planning to fly out, check in and walk over for a good time. Only about 5 or 6 different atmospheres over there sharing a parking lot. Great way to relax from long work travel.”

“Hotel exceeded expectations. In town for a Sun Bowl Concert and was able to secure one night at this hotel for a decent rate. This hotel appears to have raised their rates a little because of the high demand but nothing at all like the horrible and frankly criminal rates of other less clean hotels. Front desk was a little frazzled and brusque when coming to check in I assume because of the volume of guests. But they were helpful and did allow a slightly early check in, although that may have just been luck and more a testament to the cleaning crew. Would stay here again!”

“I was skeptical about this place when I saw how close it was to the freeway. However this hotel appears to be a new build and the sound deadening works, I slept like a baby. The rooms are modern and thoughtfully arranged, there are power outlets everywhere. No breakfast included but there's a great little bar & bistro downstairs where you can find all kinds of stuff if you're pressed for time. Plenty of sit-down restaurants within an easy 10min walk. Would stay here again!”

“No issues during our stay. It was tucked away, but the overall location was close to lots of locations for food and other needs. Used the laundry facility and had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor, elevator worked fine, and the ac worked well.”

“Comfortable, by the freeway and you don’t even get bothered by noise. Nice view of freeway and mountains ⛰ on 3rd floor. Was not able to use pool due to windy, pool not heated and under shade. Breakfast was good, has choices. Coffee freshly brewed. Came here for Western Playland. Easter 🐣 weekend.”

The entire staff did everything to make my stay nothing but exceptional. Monday, Tuesday , and Wednesdays they serve evening meals that include beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown! The mid-century design combined with modern West Texas charm gives the entire place such a unique, stylish vibe. One of the absolute highlights was the fifth-floor rooftop area. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and grabbing craft cocktails at Circa 1963 while taking in the panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the mountains was unforgettable. I also highly recommend having breakfast or brunch at Mamacitas on-site—the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with local flair, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to valet. The location is perfect for walking to local spots around downtown, too. I will definitely be back next time I'm in El Paso!”

“The Radisson has to be the nicest hotel in El Paso! My fraternal organization met here for an event, and I was in awe of how beautiful the architecture was inside of the hotel! It reminded me of an atrium with the plants, and the pool, in the center of the hotel. The bartenders were also very pleasant, which is always a place when you visit a hotel. The close proximity to the airport makes it very convenient for travelers!”

“I just spent the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn in El Paso and it was exceptional. I chose that hotel to be close to UTEP for a big concert on Sunday night and was not disappointed. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I slept well, and the AC worked well. I used the pool Saturday and Sunday and it was perfect. No noisy guests or loud music. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.”

“I stayed here in El Paso from 8/26 to 9/5/26, and the service was truly exceptional. While the room was comfortable and the location was convenient, what made this stay unforgettable was the staff. From my very first phone call to the property—before I had even arrived—the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I was dealing with an issue involving my military travel authorization, and one gentleman took the time to walk me through my options and help resolve the situation. When I arrived, Melissa and another gentlemen continued working patiently with me. Their flexibility, understanding, and willingness to help relieved a tremendous amount of stress during an already complicated trip. That same exceptional level of service continued throughout my entire stay, right up until the day I checked out. No matter the time—even in the middle of the night—the staff remained attentive, welcoming, and ready to assist. The level of service and personal interaction I received honestly rivaled what I have experienced at resorts. They did not simply provide me with a room; they made me feel valued and taken care of throughout my stay. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and the staff deserves to be recognized. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting El Paso!”
