“This is a family owned business run by honest, hard-working people. I had recently moved to El Paso and needed washers and dryers. I didn't feel like buying new, because used appliances can be a great bargain if bought from a reputable place that refurbishes them. If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso.I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at.They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support)I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual.After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them.Go support this honest local business! You'll save some money and you'll get great service in return. Amazing family and I'm happy to have done business with them!”

“I had been calling around and companies sent out workers saying I should just buy a new dryer. They were charging a ridiculous amount of money to repair. I called a Affordable Appliance Repair about my oven and spoke with Billy he came out really quickly. Within 10 minutes he had my oven working. At a very reasonable price. Then I briefly told him about my experience with the dryer he took a look at it and had everything done within 30 minutes. I felt comfortable that he understood everything and knew what was going on based off of what I was telling him. He made sure that it worked well before leaving and the price was very very reasonable. Highly recommend Billy and company ? Thank you!!!!”

“I had a problem with my GE dryer, and Joe, the technician came to my house on time. He called 15 minutes before he came to the house. I had taken a short video of the problem that I was having with the dryer. He took the entire dryer apart and explained in detail what the possible issue could be. The dryer is now working great. Joe was very professional, he and answered every question I had. He also called me to make sure the dryer is working properly. Joe is a definite asset to Gorman Distributing. Because this Lowe's has been here for decades lol... Anyways, I love Lowes. The smell of the hardware and lumber, the isles filled with tools and items I'll never need or know how to use, and the garden section (for some reason as I've aged in starting to really like growing stuff)... not too bad at all Military / Veteran parking spaces and military discount! Can't beat that We even get out Christmas Trees here!”

A place for the Gardner, contractor or even person that just dreams of some DYI projects around the house that you may not ever even start. But if you did start it, Home Depot is where that journey would begin. I was recently here a few times grabbing heavy duty extension cords and power strips so that we can re do our power distribution system for our racing team. After a few years of racing and traveling, our current cables and outlets used in conjunction with our generator were all beat up. It was time for some new stuff. And I was glad to help out the team by acquiring it all. It helps too that I'm the only one that gets military discounts, and Home Depot offers military discount, so it's a win win. I could help out the team, and do so cheaper than if they went to do it alone. Anyways, go get everything you need for that new project, or just go wander the isles and get lost in day dreams of what could be done. Well stocked shelves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent hours of operation. Military discounts.”
