Customer service on phone not the same as it used to be. It's as though, one is not being listened to. 😔 The banks I go to are awesome, friendly, willing to help, though cannot provide answers or assistance with out having to call customer service 🤔.

This place is always packed, long lines and short staffed. Employee will sit in her glass cubicle without assisting or a care in the world. 1 teller, 9 people in line. Please don’t respond with ‘I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations….’
