April 2026, the redesign & renovation is nice and fresh look. Less bank look. Great service with Kiana? (Kiara?) Sorry but she was very professional & friendly. Either I walked in on the right time & day to be serviced by Kiara or the whole customer service improved.

Customer service on phone not the same as it used to be. It's as though, one is not being listened to. 😔 The banks I go to are awesome, friendly, willing to help, though cannot provide answers or assistance with out having to call customer service 🤔.
