“I have been looking everywhere for purple prickly pear cacti, and finally found them here at Sunset Gardens! The staff are helpful, and friendly, but steer clear of the white-bearded fellow. He is not friendly whatsoever! Fairly priced, and good selection. We will be back! Recommended. 5/5”

“There’s not a lot of nurseries in El Paso. With that said, this one’s the best one on the East side. It has a decent variety of plants and trees. It can be a little pricey.”

“What started off as a potentially bad experience completely turned around thanks to three amazing Home Depot employees: Oscar, David Bernal, and Daniel.

Unfortunately, we received a store credit after returning a vanity (bought online) with a broken countertop and were not informed that the store credit could not be used for an online purchase. Before realizing this, we went back into the store to reorder the same vanity.

Oscar in the Kitchen & Appliance department immediately stepped in to help us, and when I tell you he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, I mean it!! He realized the issue with the store credit and did everything he possibly could to find a solution. He called customer service, attempted to place the order online, and explored every option available to him. When he realized he had exhausted all of his options, he didn’t just send us on our way, instead he went directly to the manager on duty, David Bernal, for help.

David immediately stepped in and walked us over to Customer Service, where he spoke with Daniel, a Department Supervisor. Daniel took action right away and was able to void the store credit so the money could be returned to our card, allowing us to finally purchase the vanity online.

If it weren’t for Oscar, David, and Daniel, we would have been stuck with nearly $800 in store credit that we couldn’t use toward the vanity we needed for our home. What could have been an incredibly frustrating experience ended with us leaving extremely happy and grateful.

I genuinely cannot thank these three enough. They listened to us, took ownership of the situation, and didn’t stop trying until they found a solution. THAT is what great customer service looks like.”

“Is the Blossom Shop permanently closed? Our family has purchased arrangements there for decades even once we moved out of town. I have tried to call them but the website says they are closed for the summer and a friend in El Paso said they think the shop is closed for good. Any clarification?”

“I mean, this will be one of my shorter reviews. There's not much to say about Home Depot that will shock of awe anyone; we all know what it is. A place for the Gardner, contractor or even person that just dreams of some DYI projects around the house that you may not ever even start. But if you did start it, Home Depot is where that journey would begin. I was recently here a few times grabbing heavy duty extension cords and power strips so that we can re do our power distribution system for our racing team. After a few years of racing and traveling, our current cables and outlets used in conjunction with our generator were all beat up. It was time for some new stuff. And I was glad to help out the team by acquiring it all. It helps too that I'm the only one that gets military discounts, and Home Depot offers military discount, so it's a win win. I could help out the team, and do so cheaper than if they went to do it alone. Anyways, go get everything you need for that new project, or just go wander the isles and get lost in day dreams of what could be done. Well stocked shelves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent hours of operation. Military discounts.”

“This home depot on state street is the best home depot in el paso. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We actually know so many names like Jackie and Richard. Richard and Jackie help us so well on equipment rentals. They make everything so easy. I love coming to this home depot even if I am in west I will wait until I am in horizon. I am very happy with their service and the way they take care of customers. Great people and very kind.”
