One More Level Retro Gaming Store is a very good retro video game store, considered by many to be the best in El Paso. It is the place to go for old school games, where customers can find their old school gamer gold and a decent selection of reasonably priced games, including GBA and Game Boy Color titles. The store has a very cool and friendly customer service, with very nice, professional, and chill staff, deserving five stars for best customer service. The interior is organized. It also offers a good variety of other items like Funko pops. Some suggestions from customers include better showcasing higher dollar games and marking prices more clearly on certain items, but overall it is a really great store with prices that blow away other stores.

Awesome customer service, has great selection of games for various consoles and I always find a great find for my ps2 Xbox 360 and ds highly recommend the store for collectors
