O'Reilly Auto Parts is a spare parts store with a wide assortment of automotive parts. It offers personal attention and advice for vehicle purchases. The staff is great, very nice, and helpful immediately as customers walk in. Customer service is excellent, with associates being attentive and researching the correct parts. The entire staff has definitely improved. They help customers get the parts and tools needed, even assisting with installations in the parking lot. The store provides services like free battery testing, wiper blade installation, and a free Loaner Tool program. It is absolutely a great place to go for all auto needs.
I needed a scan due to my check engine light being on. The two guys who helped me were courteous and very helpful. They provided me with useful info and set my mind at ease.
