I was very grateful for Jose's help.. There was another employee who was supposedly helping me but finish he was worthless.. Jose even put my windshield wipers on my car..I was very grateful. That other employee needs customer service classes..

Needed windsheild wipers really bad. The young man was super helpful picking out which ones to get and then installed them. Excellent customer service! I have been an O'Reilly's customer since getting my car in 2024 and will continue to do so.
