Red Roof PLUS+ El Paso East is a very clean and classic hotel offering a pretty decent overall experience. The rooms are clean, organized, and well-equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, iron, hair dryer, and TV. Guests find the beds and chairs very comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to the freeway and restaurants very close by. The service is very good. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The shower is great with plenty of shower gel, and the heater worked great. It is also a pet-friendly hotel with convenient access to a pet relief area. Some minor issues noted are that the floors can feel dirty walking barefoot, and a rare instance of inconsistent housekeeping was reported. Despite this, many guests had a fantastic stay and plan to return.
