Pleasant to deal with. The rules of the van lines are not made up by these guys. They are just enforcing the rules they agreed to do so that you may rent a van. Thanks for the help.

We had a bad experience at ANOTHER storage place. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were acknowledged. Great Customer Service. Very welcoming. Had the best coffee while we waited, which was not long. We left very pleased. We definitely recommend this place! ?
