Sam's Club is a popular warehouse club in El Paso that offers exceptional value and a wide range of products and services to its members. From groceries and pharmacy to optical, home furnishings, and office supplies, the club provides a one-stop shopping experience. Members can enjoy exclusive perks, such as early access to the club on weekdays and Saturdays. Customers generally have a positive experience at Sam's Club, finding it to be a kid-friendly and convenient shopping destination. However, some areas for improvement have been noted. Customers have suggested implementing sensory-friendly shopping hours for individuals with disabilities, such as autism, to make the shopping experience more accessible. While the roasted chicken and spices are generally well-received, there have been instances where the chicken was overcooked or smaller in size, and the cashier service was less than satisfactory. Customers have also highlighted issues with the malfunctioning fountain machines in the food court. The low gas prices at Sam's Club are a major draw for members, but the long lines and frequent issues with the pumps can be frustrating. Additionally, the club's return policy, which is more restrictive than Costco's, has been a source of dissatisfaction for some customers. Overall, Sam's Club offers a valuable shopping experience, but there are opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, particularly in the areas of customer service, product quality, and policies.
All in all Sams club is ok, except memberships have gone up considerably. From $40 to $60 reg membership and $120 for plus membership. I basically buy meat, eggs, milk etcetera. And every day house hold items at good prices.

It's Sam's Club; it is identical to the store you usually visit anywhere in the country.

Rude and unfriendly. Self auto check-out are a joke. Only 1 full service. Disappointed
