It is so Gal! A sense of liberation with an inhate sense of French sophistication. Le tout El Paso loves this place. Service is a la Parisienne with a champagne glass and great dedicated service! Gal offers some refine Parfums from Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Vilhelm Parfumerie. Fray their customer service designer is adorable and so apropos! Gesuina is a real gift to our community. “I like the store but love the great customer service Destiny has rendered us. Last weekend 10/4 we stopped by to look for some items our son needed for a Quince that he was going to be in.. Destiny took her time showing him different items and showed him many options (purchased Cowboy hat, shirts and pants). My husband and I weren't looking, but ended up with a couple of bags full of merchandise (jeans and shirts). Today 10/11, we went by to kill some time at the mall, went by Starr Western Wear and we were greeted by Destiny. We mentioned we were just looking and once again she went over and beyond and helped if m us. There was a couple of items we found that we were interested in, but the Sunland store didn't have them in our sizes. Destiny called the other stores to check their inventory. Once again, we came out with 3 pairs of boots and clothing (mind you we weren't looking). Destiny has proven that she is great at what she does, is knowledgeable in the merchandise she sells, she goes over and beyond to make the customer happy, speaks highly and is proud to work at Starr Western Wear. She has won our heart and our business. The staff and management (Sandra) at Starr Western Wear are the best from all the rest.

“Service is unfriendly but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the vast inventory they have. The service is not too shabby but not welcoming either. The restroom was very stinky they should consider an automated air freshener. Very closed off and the walls the material the smell sticks a lot. They don’t have many toy selections. But in clothes they have a lot of selections. The cashiers were fast. The parking is ample but dangerous people drive crazy in this shopping center you have to watch your four at all times.”

It was a right place at the right time situation, he let us look around seen I was lost and tactfully inserted himself, helped find what we were looking for and even help me find a compromise so I could get the current deal. Give him a raise or a promotion, he read the room, secured the sale, and even got me me to buy a reusable bag. Overall satisfied good job man”

It is a little gem catering to those with eclectic taste and then some - their earrings are just phenomenal and absolutely adorable i’ve never really seen earrings like these and they not too heavy and each pair make an outfit just pop because all the earrings are just so out of the norm and some of them are actually made with 24 karat gold !I am also IN LOVE with the MUSEUM BEE Plaques !!! ? I first ordered some soap from them, and as the years pass, I just kept ordering different items. “I had signed up for the free trial class for a reason (no longer relevant), but it was cancelled. A few days after that cancelled class, they contacted me about how the class went. This was very unlike me, but I told them the truth, and I was disappointed since I had a friend rave about how great Pure Barre was.
Immediately after Bella, the manager involved Wendy, the owner, who kindly reached out and offered to make it better. Wendy and Bella were extremely apologetic and kind. Because of them, I returned to Pure Barre and have taken three classes at this point, and I ended up buying multiple credits after the trial(s). They made it RIGHT for me and had a great experience thereafter.
The instructors are great and motivating in the best way possible. You feel incredible after the class.
I'm glad I didn't write them off. Wendy did what she could to make it right, and definitely earned my business. Love this place!!”

“I went in November to pickup 2 online orders on separate days. What I've noticed is that people were parking in the online pick up spots and just getting off the cars to shop. I tried parking and following the email instructions but they said I had to get off to go to counter. I expected the line to be long since there was allot of cars parked in pickup parking and I was wrong there was one person ahead of me in line and the other time it was completely empty. I was able to walk right to the counter. So that's one thing I think Macy's has to work on because what's the point of the pickup parking if it's not working and I still need to get off. Also nobody is overseeing the parking outside.”
