“I went to the new First Convenience Bank located inside the HEB in Manor Texas to open an account and I would like to say that Alexandria and Murizma were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions in a way that made it easy for me to digest and understand what I was signing up for. They took their time ensuring I was able to open an account that fit my needs. Although Alexandria and Murizma were assisting me with the transaction, Liliana offered me a free cup of popcorn. It may seem small, but her approach and the gesture made me feel even more confident about opening an account. Everyone there, including the ones assisting other members, were friendly and all welcoming. It feels great to be apart of a bank that has employees that seem happy to be there because that energy transferred to me and made me feel happy and comfortable with opening an account.
