“I had a check issue that I tried to resolve at the Parmer location and had an unpleasant experience. Two days later I come to this location ( wanted to in the first place but couldn’t bc of time ) & from the moment my mom and I walked in and left, BEAUTIFUL SERVICE and amazing ladies. Ms.Brianna and her team couldn’t have made our day any better. Helped within minutes and even got my mom an account there as well. I went back today for that atm dispute and to get a replacement card lol & it had been done when I came in 2 days ago already I was just so excited and relieved that I missed Linda telling me she did it.

“I have been banking at the Pflugerville location since 2009. It's absolutely amazing that the branch managers always know be by name when I walk in the door. Even more surprising is that I live in California, so I only drop through a few times a year. The current branch manager, Jose Canales, is on top of every detail, as have been the prior managers. He even provided helpful insights and advice when I asked for some guidance in working with another bank on a related issue. This bank, especially this location, are 5+ stars in customer service. Truly.”

Beautiful cards sold also that benefit our Pflugerville K9 unit! Since this first 5 star review I too have joined GEFCU! It was wonderful when the PfPD K9 Unit, fellow officers and Chief Robledo were presented with the nice donation raised by the members buying those beautiful cards.”

“I know we all just e-deposit or e-withdraw most almost never set foot inside our bank.
You are missing out on some of the best banking professionals around. I use the Austin Telco Pflugerville Town Center location. Go inside speak with Johnathan or any of the people working because they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Give them a big ole hello or howdy and it will be returned in kind. I am 74 yrs old open my first bank account when I was 14 (had a drivers license) in small town and honestly they were not very friendly to a kid. Austin telco is friendly! If you are not an Austin Telco customer, join. If you are a member pass up the ATM take a few extra minutes and go inside meet some of the good people taking care of your banking business. We all need more friendly in our lives so go inside and get you some (plus, they got air conditioning.)”
“I wrote a pretty scathing review last week of the Aplus Federal Credit Union that I bank with. Since then, and I don't think as a result of, they really stepped up to the plate and went out of their way to make everything right. The staff, including the vice president of the bank made sure that they came up with a viable alternative and solution to my problem of being able to get my money where it needed to be. This was definitely excellent customer service in action. I have never seen better. I am filled with gratitude that they were finally able to help me.”
“I came to the bank for the first time today. I opened some bank accounts with the help of Stephanie. She was so very informative and helpful. This bank is very clean and organized. All of the employees were very kind. They're banking. Options are fabulous. Everything earns interest and there are no account fees unless someone goes overdrawn. I highly recommend this credit union.”
“Quick shout-out to Santiago - I had to go in to wire money for a closing on a house. Typically these require multiple levels of approval and could take 2-3 business days. I advised of my situation and needing to get approval quickly and he had the email out to approvers before I stepped foot outside of the branch and by the time I got home I had an email from my title company that the funds were received. Great conversation and great service - thank you!”
