“I can honestly say, without hesitation, hands down, the best pawn shop experience I have experienced in my 35 years. If I could give them a BONUS STAR in the rating, I would.. The staff was very friendly, funny, and gave me the top side of my loan request off my laptop. They didn't give me a low ball offer like many pawn shops do. I live a good 45 minutes from this location, but the customer experience I received while there has more than cemented with me, that I will gladly make the drive to this location should I need to get another loan or make a purchase of a top quality used item. Thank you so much for proving that customer service isn't extinct, just hard to find and y'all knocked it out of the park!”
