“Had an amazing experience getting my 2025 Bronco Sport's wiring repaired. It was a very speedy, easy process for a lot less than the competitors were offering. Was in and out the same day and the staff were very friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable. Will definitely be coming back here again!”

“I am a long term customer who went into the store thinking I was cancelling my phone and Internet service. Met with Carson who listened to my issues, found the problem, explained what happened, and fixed everything. Thank you Carson for such great customer service. I wish there were more out in the world like you.”

“I had a great experience at Cricket Authorized Retailer in Pflugerville. Gerardo was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. He is truly an amazing person and the kind of employee every customer hopes to meet. Gerardo is definitely the go-to person at this store, and Cricket is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Highly recommend visiting Cricket Authorized Retailer Pflugerville and asking for Gerardo!”

“Aaliyah was working the self checkout today and she is the fastest and most efficient person I’ve seen working that area of Target in the year that I’ve lived in this area. She was BUSY but she handled everything that came at her with quickness and a smile on her face.”

“I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and this is the best experience I’ve had at any store, period. My wife went in needing help with a new phone and Luis treated her like she was the only customer in the building. Patient, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, the whole thing. She was still glowing about it when she called me from the parking lot before she’d even started the car. In a world where good customer service feels like a rumor, Luis is the real deal. Whoever’s in charge of that store needs to know they’ve got a gem on their team. Give this man a raise.”

“This is absolutely my favorite location to visit. Valerie, Joshua, Steven, and Ruby are always so helpful and happy to assist, even when I'm not making a payment or purchase. I have never been to a Metro that was as welcoming and friendly as this one.And this is the only location I will visit from here on out.”
