“Customer service rep. Luna has given myself and my mother who are cricket customers, exceptional service, and has gone beyond the Call of duty. We totally appreciate this young man for de stressing what was a difficult and impossible phone. I highly recommend this individual and thank you Cricket! Awesome service!”

“Had nothing but a pleasure dealing with the team at Teksavers. It was seemless and enjoyable getting some unused tech out of my life and into theirs with Isaac's help. Would recommend!!!”

“This place has good customer service. Both guys who works at night are always helpful. The night manager Steve has always been cool with me, he handles the pressure of working at this place well. It is a busy location. He quickly takes the customers no matter how busy they are. They do lock the doors for their truck at night but they only got one person working past 10 and they have to do the truck all by themselves. Some people can be so entitled. It is only for 10-20 minutes a day they do this and they put a sign up. Steve keeps this place very clean too. Bathrooms are always properly cleaned. Never seen it so clean any where else!! Love the Nepalese guy who owns the place also. Morning staff is a little grumpy but I give 5 stars still.”
